• To inflate unclip securing strap and simply remove the rubber plug
• After full self inflation, replace the plug
• To deflate first remove the plug
• Start rolling the mattress tightly using your knees and body weight
with each roll towards the plug
• Replace the plug (moisten if necessary) and fasten with the
adjustable securing strap
